Every Kaalvaish piece is crafted with care and intention. Each garment passes through a meticulous quality process before it reaches you, ensuring it meets our standards of excellence.

We currently do not offer returns, however, we do provide an exchange window of 3 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

• The product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
  

• A size exchange is requested — subject to availability.
  
  

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  

• Supported by a clear unboxing video in case of damage or defect.
