1. Size Discrepancies

If there are any discrepancies in size, please provide images of the product along with its measurements. This will help us verify the issue with our production team and determine the best course of action.

2. Unboxing Care

Please unbox your package carefully. If the package is damaged while opening it with scissors or any other sharp object, a refund or replacement will not be possible unless you provide an unpacking video and images of the courier cover.

3. Package Damage During Delivery

If you notice any damage to the package upon receipt from the courier, please mention the damage in the remark while signing for the package. This will assist us in claiming a refund from the courier service.

4. Claims for Damaged or Defective Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 10 days of delivery. To process replacements and refunds, please send us unboxing videos and pictures of the product showing the defects, along with images of the original packaging.

5. Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 7 days after the estimated delivery date.

6. Exchanges and Returns for Wrong Size Ordered

If you need to exchange or return a product due to ordering the wrong size, without any defects, the return and exchange shipping costs will be handled at your expense by placing a new order.

7. General Returns

If you wish to return an order or product for any reason, you can arrange a reverse pickup within 5 days of delivery. Please ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging.
